Hurricane Maria caused over $125 billion of dollars in damages to Puerto Rico and left 3.4 million residents without electric power, potable water, and telecommunications. Recovery is estimated to take years.
Puerto Rican Diaspora Summit - Washington, D.C. is a two-day conference that will provide a space for the discussion of policy issues and the articulation of community responses from the perspective of Puerto Ricans in the Washington, D.C. area and other stakeholders.
